Rock band INXS hunt for UK singer
2005-02-09 - Rock group INXS have auditioned singers to replace the late Michael Hutchence in
London.
The Australian band are holding auditions in six continents as part of a reality
TV series, INXS Rock Star, to be broadcast in the US in July.
The winner will record an album with the band as well as tour with them.

Doobie Brothers drummer dies at 56
2005-02-09 - SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Keith Knudsen, the longtime Doobie Brothers drummer who
played with the band on a string of hits that included "Taking it to the
Streets" and "Black Water," died of pneumonia Tuesday. He was
56.
Knudsen had been hospitalized for more than a month, according to the band's
longtime manager Bruce Cohn.
