 He was named "Xmen" by Tony Marony and Christian König, because he has always a surprise for the artists. They never know how he will end the program.
Due to the intensively working with audiences he notices how the atmosphere is, he plays with it and can change the whole evening program to get the atmosphere even better than it already is. That's only possible because they are a 'team' together and the artists trust him blindly at the events.
He became well known because of several TV performances and Print-Media, who informed more and more about his work.
The Xmen, that's Thomas Marten, he's not just there for the Management, but's also the good spirit for the artists. He looks after them, the sound technics, catering and so much more.
It's a job that he does with a lot of pleasure and it shows at the events that he loves it with heart and soul. Since 2003 he even goes a bit further and makes the first step to be a producer ("Böse böse Mädchen") with Christian König.
Xmen = A man for whom 100% is not enough. Someone who is completely there for every artist.
